Rick Baker is a man of many talents. Not only can he sculpt, paint, and make 3D computer models, he can sing, dance, and play nearly any musical instrument. He is an actor, puppeteer, producer, director, and craft service man. Is there anything this man can’t do?
He has won almost every award worth winning. Oscars, Emmys, Grammies, Tonys, the Nobel, and fifth place in the seventh grade science fair. Not to mention the Count Dracula Society Award.
His film work includes: Men In Black, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, The Nutty Professor, Planet of the Apes, ED Wood, Gone with the Wind, The Jazz Singer, and let us not forget ,The Octoman.
Rick’s work is featured on the walls of some of the best homes around the world, that is if they have a flat screen TV and watch a lot of movies. His Bronze Mountain Gorilla bust is on permanent display at the Los Angeles Zoo.
Rick Baker was on Entertainment Weekly’s list of The 100 most talented people in the film business. He was voted People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive.
Rick is a true Renaissance man. He is not only multitalented, but he was actually born during the Renaissance. He loves old horror movies, butterflies, puppy dogs, kitty cats, and Halloween is his favorite holiday.
